I am having the same problem, but it's been 7 months.
In the end, unless it is tons of money (and you can hire a lawyer, etc.), if they don't want to pay they won't.
A friend of mine won in small claims, the judge told the guy to pay x amount every whatever. He did that for a few months, then stopped.
I'll try a collection agency, it just seems so 'cheap'.
