I like the third layout, maybe you should drop the dark gray in the bottom and expand the content area on a table to fit all ~screen sizes.. you probably thought on doing that (because it's just an image and I'm on 1280x1024...) also you can decrease the text size a bit more on the adress area.
just my point of view.
