Immediately after Hogan defeated the Iron Sheik and won the WWF Heavyweight Title, commentator Gorilla Monsoon officially proclaimed "Hulkamania is here". He would frequently refer to his fans as "Hulkamaniacs" in his interviews, and would go on to introduce his three "demandments": training, saying your prayers, and eating your vitamins. Eventually, a fourth demandment (believing in yourself) was added following his feud with Earthquake.
