there are CDs that I listened too over and over after bad breakups and when I hear them now it still twists a little but somehow they helped the healing too. Seems crazy, but true.
Mine were: Whiskeytown - 16 Days, Sheryl Crowe - Globe Sessions, and Kathleen Edwards - Back to Me.
