nah.do what mrD said, if youve got emails where you sent them the visuals then use that to build up a case and hopefully persue them.
even if you just get your design time paid for thatd be nice of themyou get clients like that in general who go round design companies, get some stuff done then fall out with them and move onto another company, get some more work done ... and in the end they end up having all their stuff designed/completed to a certain degree all by good companies then they take these designs (or even just the knowledge theyve learned from each respective company) and get someone sh*te to build the final things they need.
