seriously. actually, not to seriously, because that seems to be the mood around whatever the fuck is going on at this gym. Every now and then, one of the Gold's Gyms that I work out at has radio promotions to try to bump up their memberships. If you go to that gym on that day, there's fucking pizza or brownies or sub sandwiched (depending on which crappy take out food place they're being sponsored by).The only positive thing about drinking after working out is that
alcohol helps to retard catabolism.
