well thanks vespa. warm words they are.
i have been getting pro help for years now.
i had a dip yesterday, today i feel slightly better.
its really not always as easy being single and alone for many years. and i am not looking for sympathy. perhaps i simply needed some warm words but i did not get them here or elsewhere.
i guess i am a burden in that sense.
i am sorry.
