I agree that it just 'goes on and on' with him continually having to worry and watch his back at all times.
Someone on the HBO site mentioned that the title Made in America was also the title of the first chapter in a Court TV bio on Capone.

I haven't read it but they said he ended up going to prison on concealed gun and tax evasion charges, retired and had a heart attack. Interesting comparison anyway. Sounds plausible.
