  after watching it again last night I think that was genius. Better than the first viewing.

  And yes, Tony lives. At the sit down in the warehouse the NY crew agrees to back off AND also gives the go ahead to take their own boss out. "You do what you gotta do". No one was after him after that agreement from the NY crew.

  And it seems in the end Tony just keeps goin on and on and on.....
