nakamichi are very good. i have an old Onkyo 3-channel amp that rules. the thing has an awesome early 70's brushed knobs and maple sides look to it, and never, not once has that thing shut off from the temp sensor (which still works cause i tested it).
i swear, the sweetest amp i wish i had is an older Mcintosh 3-channel 300w that my friend's grandfather has. it is so fucking powerful, and no matter how hot it gets, the theatre it is sitting in never turns off. too bad they are like 3K... :(
