Nice, I think it works. I just have one aesthetic type issue. Your types all over the place yet in the same style. You're logo type and some menu stuff is pretty standard or extended even, meanwhile the headers are a condensed version, its bothering me with inconsistency..... I'm picky :P Oh well, I think it serves its purpose well, and the work is indeed good stuff.....
