Where are you getting the "whole 45 days" thing from?
CNN reports "Screaming and crying, Paris Hilton was escorted out of a courtroom and back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her entire 45-day sentence behind bars rather than in her Hollywood Hills home."
But I think the wording is faulty (bad journamalism) I don't see how this incident would change her original 23 or 24 day thing...
