There are some upload scripts on php in the comments section.
If you need bigger uploads you'll need to edit you php.ini file's max post size and max upload size settings.
I've got it working smoothly with 200meg limits before.
Ps. You don't have to use an FTP option but ftp transfer via php will be more reliable than posting.
