Version5 - Several people have told me they were having the same problem today.
Mimio - the contest runs all month. They take the top 100 bands, and Perry Ferrell and some other people pick their top 20 favorite.
Then it's back to voting for three weeks. The top 5 vote getting bands get a show at a venue in Chicago to battle it out to see who wins the top 1 and 2 spots.
