First of all let me tell you that you chose and excellent topic. This is something that I would like to hear about from other people too.
Basically I'm building one for myself in free time and I'm about to include functionality like signoffs on certain projects (that means screenshots or online sample book for each client with a form for a signoff).
I would also like to hear other people's ideas too.
