i smoked 6lbs of salmon last week, at the lake house and it turned out fab.
brownsugar, organic baby dill, pepper, & salt for rub.
2 hours at 200 degrees and it was money money.
my girl made a dip with the last of it and it was amazing.
smokey, peppery, lemony, dilly etc...... sooo fucking good.
