Go to the front counter and just place an order. Make sure it's a pdf file. This will be the path to least resistance. Or you can do it online now. Kinko's peeps like to dick you around when it comes to their workstations. Nobody knows what their doing when it comes to those. They'll give you all the excuses in the world, when in the end, they just don't know how to operate their own machines b/c they are not trained how to use them.
