Thats a pretty classy letter. Why not just send it into Design week or some such publication they subscribe to?
Agree with what everyone else has said, leave on good terms, don't slag off the company and especially don't slag off co-workers. It is a tiny industry and you don't wanna be know as the vindictive git that left cos if anything happen to you they just get to say 'told you so...'
Besides, if you're leaving to start afresh whats the point of harbouring grudges, it'll just eat you up and its not going to affect how your former employer thinks.
