    My checklist...

[ ] Fear of being contaminated by germs or dirt.
[ ] Fear of causing harm to oneself or others.
[x] Intrusive sexually explicit or violent thoughts and images.
[ ] Excessive focus on religious or moral ideas.
[x] Fear of losing or not having things you might need.
[X] Order and symmetry: the idea that everything must line up “just right.”
[ ] Superstitions: excessive attention to something considered lucky or unlucky.

    Some common compulsive behaviors are:

[x] excessive double-checking (used to do this more often; it's not so bad anymore. I just tell myself to shut the hell up, stop thinking too much and leave the house before I go back to check)

    [x] counting
    [ ] hand washing
    [x] cleaning (not obsessively)
    [x] ordering/arranging
    [ ] touching
    [ ] praying
    [] hoarding

My mother is EXCESSIVELY OCD and requires us to check everything 50 times before we go anywhere, and also has to constantly be cleaning something when she's not doing something else.

I'm glad I recognize my symptoms and have controlled some of them.
