I find entertainment could try a little harder to conform to their ratings. I mean if you're doing something clearly labelled 18+, sure go crazy with innuendos and stuff. If you want all ages, you should have enough class to realise you're speaking to a broad audiance that might be easy to impress.
It's easy to blame the parents. But parents don't really want to be controlling nazis either. Guys like Marylin Manson are just self serving assholes who have no qualms fucking over confused 14 year old girls.
