Uh, I'm pretty sure using Word to format content for the web is a disaster. Unless DW has a mechanism to strip all the horrible code and extra crap out of it, I'd reconsider exactly how you're importing the content.
I deal with plenty of Word formatted documents from our attorneys that either goes through InDesign for layout and PDF creation, or it goes straight into the CMS for our web site.
Either way, it goes through notepad 100% of the time when going to the web site. Sure, I have to reformat it, but I'm assured that the final version is exactly as I intend it for the web.
