I was in his shop a year ago and when I came in this time he remembered me (what I bought, that I just got married, inquired about the piece I bought last year) ...god, there is nothing like Japanese level of customer service - well even if the owner isn't Japanese...if you're into the whole rock/goth silver jewelry, this is the place to go...
