Will have to go with the collective and say PS2.
For those saying "PC", please re-read the original post and notice the word "fighting" on there. How many fighting games are for PC? Case closed.
If you mean shooting, as in FPS, well, your single best experience is on XBox (Halo) (if you mean shooting as in old-school side scroller, dig up a DC, get it modded, and get Ikugura), but the PS2 holds up pretty well in that catagory, and fighting is clearly superior on PS2.
