    In regard to the money, it isn't the main aspect of this thread. Nonetheless, I think the industry is becoming more and more competitive. People working for peanuts as we're very global and wages vary country to country. I also see many designers almost offering to work for free for big firms, and I do not get it totally because that is contributing to how businesses are dealt with in the future. This, becoming a problem for anyone to make a decent living and getting what they are worth.

    If the money is peanuts or not, I believe each person has a choice. We all need to make money, but if it isn't right for you than do not accept. Hydro74 isn't obligating you to work on those terms. So those are my thoughts. If less people work for that amount, than the firms and clients will have to agree on other terms...maybe more equal and favorable to both parties.

    That is my two cents. I know when I saw the amount I nearly flipped too :) But it is besides the issue.
