Why the fuck didn't you just phone? Imho, what you've done here is even more unprofessional than problems arising from lax accounting or management.
You didn't do your chasing up - so you ended up feeling pissed off - you still didn't chase up and then you vent your frustrations at your own inability publicly?
Christ - you're doomed if you ever end up working for bigger companies directly.
