its bad enough trying to create an html email that is both formatted nicely and works across a whole host of email platforms and doesnt get blocked by peoples spamfilters or virus checks lol.
i'd think that most email progs would panic if tehre was an swf embedded in the page - it'd probably go STRAIGHT into the "VIRUS VIRUS VIRUS!" box.
just do a decent teaser of an html email and have a link to a webpage with this flashy thing in it.
