I once filed a complaint against someone who didn't ship their item to me for months, even though it was supposed to reach my house within two weeks. So I emailed them about 5 times first. And then I got to the complaint. About two days after I filed it, the item was shipped to me and I cancelled the complaint at Paypal.
He would've tried to contact you first, right?
