*also, quickly identify those clients that pay on time and dont bitch - pull out all the stops for them, answer their phone calls at 6 in the morning, and keep providing them with great ideas that come to you, for little or no money. If they've got good money to spend, the only thing that will set up apart from the 1000's of us out there that aren't Gmunk is your relationship with them, and your real or perceived investiture in their 'dream'.
Successful midsized companies still run by the guy that 2nd mortgaged his house 20 yrs ago are ideal.
