..just remember - the less they pay, the more likely they are to bitch.
Wildly overquote at the start, so they'll knock you down, get someone else to be the point of contact for you, so they can 'consult, but I know he was quite insistent on the price'..
Then come down to the price you originally thought of, and they think they're getting a good deal (which they are, if your price is fair), and they're more likely to leave you alone and 'value' the product.I drastically used to undercharge, years ago, and it was always a pain with endless revisions and umming and arring..
If you come across as cheap, people will about what they think is a substandard product.
At the end of the day, most clients dont know what it is they want, know even less about what they need, and will interfere in the process if they think you dont.
Set your stall and bar high, do the best job you can, and you'll have a trail of happy, referring, well paying customers keeping you happy.
