At least Creationism provides us with an answer that makes sense, basically the premise that everything CAME FROM something. That there is a person/entity/howeve r you name it, that has always been and generated everthing that exists, regardless of whether you think it took 8,000 or 800 billion years for everything to develop up to this point.
