on my floor of the office building i'm in there are several offices. there are also 2 bathrooms, one for men one for women. apparently the women's bathroom is currently out of order so now on the men's room door there is a handwritten note that says "ladies" are sharing this bathroom. Why the fuck is "ladies" in quotation marks? I've figured it's one of two things. #1 - the woman that made up the sign does not care for one of the other women on the floor, and by putting "ladies" in quotation marks is a passive agressive statement that one of the women on this floor is "less-than-a-lady." OR #2 - there are trannys using the men's room.
