He was Creative Director and Principal for a Design firm, he had a partner too. They hired a freelance designer for some work (the guy who he is screaming at).
I can't remember what the fight was over but it wasn't the designers fault. Something was totally f-ed with the place or Bill and the designer called him out on it. That's when Bill lost it.Bill just kept calling and calling him with whiskey laden bullets.
After a couple of days of being heavily talked about on NT and the web, turns out Bills partner cut him loose and I think Mr. Perkins checked himself into rehab for the sauce.
It was a jem.
