Sorry man, but I think that book, with some online forums 8macromedia's and flashkit are excellent resources), a lot of trial/error, cigarretes and coffee, will problably be more productive than spending $$$ in some fancy course where you'll problably learn how to make an wobble/bouncing effect to your flash movie.
