I purchased the ticket online from Ticketmaster. How would I get money back from the Venue? They didn't fuck up - Ticketmaster had the wrong time on their website and on the purchase confirmation I received. I ordered the tickets as a "Will Call" of course when I showed up at the venue for a 10:30 show the Will Call booth had been closed for three hours already....
Anyway, I turned this over to my credit card company already, they've refunded me my purchase and said the ball is in TM court..they have 45 days to dispute with the credit card company. I sent my credit card company the same faxes i sent to Ticketmaster (copies of the purchase receipts that clearly list time as 10:30 on Ticketmaster letterhead) and they can't believe TM wouldn't refund my money. ...they think my issue is 100% defendable.
