I don't think anyone "deserves" to be executed...
But do you remember being a fetus? It is a fucking chemical reaction at that point, your sperm is as alive as a fetus is. your skin cells are as alive as a fetus is. Eveytime you shower you kill millions of them.
Killing a killer is ok because killing is bad. see what I mean? there is a huge hole in your philosophy.

Everything needed to create a human being is there and in place at that point. To say it's ok to destroy that life or whatever you wanna call it while it's in the womb is a slippery slope indeed. Following that line of reasoning to it's logical conclusion, you might as well say it's ok to kill teenagers because they aren't fully developped humans. Talk about holes in logic...
Justice systems killing killers is ok in my opinion because those people forfeited their right to live by taking a life. If you don't like my stance on this, fine, but don't try to poke holes in my logic simply because you don't like it. It doesn't seem to me like a valuable use of your time.
