I liked it a lot. It's very entertaining. I have some issues with it tho.
Venom really serves no purpose. None what so ever. He also doesn't utilize his tongue or salivate like the comic, but that's minor. This movie could have been just as good with out Venom, as much as I loved to see him in action. The Venom stroy should be it's own. And perhaps a bit more believable than just a chance meteor that lands 20 feet from Peter Parker.
