well it is deeply rooted fear and what not. even good people like sputnik and dobs are all for immediate killing and blasting and what not.
not knowing that violence will cause more trouble and more trauma etc.
i have experienced 3 violent robberies and some other crimes as a kid and teenager, each time we solved and saved ourselves without killing or use of excessive methods like guns.
i once escaped a robber who had a gun by using common sense. it is a long story that some may know by now. i also pushed a car-thief against the wall with my bare hands and got my stuff back.
it all worked out well.
regardless of what people do, they and us are still human beings and i'd like to keep my mindset on that healthy level of reasoning instead of teaching my offspring the joys of violence. thank you.
