I have to do this every 3 months or so and I'd rather claw hammer my own nuts then do this. You can tag the crap out of your document and export to XML then try to do something with that. If you have GoLive there's also a package for GoLive option that I have never used successfully.
How I end up doing it every time is open the story for each article, copy and paste into a word document, then copy and paste into a dreamweaver document and recreate. It sucks a lot.
