these people are looking for the big idea behind the site before they get into the contract. i have shown them thru past work and an understanding of the market that i am fully capable of doing the job. i do not feel sound about coming up with the unique ideas/functionalities and designing them up before a contract is set in place. i'm not in the spec design market anymore. do you all spec things before you have a contract in place?
