    hosting and throwing a Cinco de Mayo fiesta here at the house. It's gonna go down with will be fresh pressed juice margaritas, champs and fresh fish tacos in the private cove, on the
    beach, at sunset/dusk time for 20 or so people.

    I am also thinking of doing some queso fresco/shrimp stuffed, grilled poblano's (or Anaheims) to round it out. course, there will be the accompanying moles, fresh-friend tortilla chips, aji amarillo, cilatro/garlic paste, and flan.
