"Then this week in the Philadelphia Weekly, Willa Rohrer, author of the wonderful recurring "The Passenger" columns pens "My First SEPTA Hearing: A Theater of Despair." She captures the sighing, head-shaking crux of the SEPTA dilemma:
"As irate, delusional and long-winded as some of the speakers are, we’re all in agreement on one thing: SEPTA might make us stand in line for slivers of cake, but that cake is all we have. And we need it.
