oh, please.
I bet if someone did something against North American culture then it would cause a big ruckus. Oh wait, that already happens.
India is starting to become more and more sexualized in popular culture (and this ALWAYS causes an uproar but nothing ever gets done about it, except maybe a banning here and there, but people always find ways around that), but the point is that PDA is still not really accepted there. Nearly everything else is, of couse, but people just don't talk about it outwardly. Give it time...
The Kama Sutra is a book, not necessarily meant for the events contained within it to happen in public.
I'm not for or against India here, just trying to make some observations.
