i see your point but i find the idea of having coversations a lot more distracting then those things - if I'm scarfing down a donut or something while driving - i'm not thinking about the eating process "chew,chew, swallow etc.)but if someon's on the other end of a phone telling me my recent stock investment just dropped big time or its an argument with a girlfriend - or anything calling my minds attention away from the road - that's a lot more distracting - then rolling down a window - in my opinion
