hhmm.... Everyone seems to be harping on he 16 and up... should I just say 18? I wanted to open the position to high school grads as well and they are usually about 16 or 17.
In all honest the posting was meant to have some decent humor in it but I am completely sincere in the offer and I can't stress enough the opportunity here.
