generally speaking, in really small agencies it's an asset if you're able to do everything.
in large companies or well known agencies or for freelance recruitment they prefer you to specialise.
i went to uni thinking i'd study games design, came out as a photographer, started working in print cos i needed the cash, then cd-roms, then touch screen, then web, and now i do interactive tv and motion graphics.
be adaptable and follow your instinct, you'll be fine.
