death to all leggings. it's an excuse for all fat girls to wear short skirts or girls to wear what should be a shirt as a dress instead.
Worse... then they dont relize that their leggings are sort of sheer. ughh...
in general, especially on the west side of LA, people use the great weather as an excuse to not wear enough clothing.
