    I've heard from designers to IA people, it is an extremely chaotic work environment with extremely long hours for designers. Such long hours, from what I have heard, that it would break many Federal work laws in the US.

    I can confirm this since I use to be an AD there. There are some great people there but it's not the best place to work. If you just need something for the meantime then try it out but it's not an agency where people stay for over a year. It's really chaotic.
