every time i see that ring on her finger, i feel like throwing up. no matter how much i prepare myself on my way to work each day, the sight of it suffocates me. despite making confessions regularly in this thread, my catharsis eludes me. my understanding of what happened is no deeper than it was a month ago and there seem to be no lessons i have learned from this experience.
