i remember just before i left gainesville, florida i was working a coffee bar and a somewhat stranger type came up and kindly said it was okay for me to move away. it was a little push from the outside idea of what was going on with me and i was completely resolved to go, leave my studies and find a new interest.
it broke my dad's heart but i did it nonetheless.
