Some of the features on LinkedIn are too complicated - sometimes I don't know if I've invited somebody to my network or asked them to connect.

(Apr 18 07, 11:52)When I interviewed there I tried coming from the usability angle. They only have graphic designers and programmers. No one really from a human factors slant so I pitched myself as graphic design and usability since I have experience and degrees in both. Needless to say the CEO wasn't having it. He quizzed me on how it works and seemed pretty unconvinced.
Come to find out he's the same guy who started Paypal and they are notorious for their lack of respect for usability.
I too find it hard to use for the most part but at least I know I tried to make a difference.
